There are a variety of spectacular landscapes in the world, and many of them have been recognised as UNESCO’s heritage and national treasures. However, in my opinion, the most beautiful place would be Ha Long Bay, which is located in Northern Vietnam.

It is one of the most popular tourist destinations with thousands of visitors each year. This place consists of various limestone islands and islets with unusual shapes, and a cave system which gives it a surrealistic scenery. The special thing about Ha Long Bay is that normal limestones are usually found on the ground, but the limestones of the Bay are raised from above the water.

One of my friends visited Ha Long Bay a long time ago, but its beauty was so mesmerising that she still can remember clearly. She told me about her visit to the Three Peach Island, Tien Ong and Maze Cave. She said that the water of the island was crystal clear and had an emerald green colour. In addition, Tien Ong cave was astonishing with its phenomenal structure as well as the Maze Cave with the light effects.

I think that Ha Long Bay is a perfect combination of many natural beauty elements at one place. That’s why I would love to visit it someday in the future.
